Microgreen & Egg Toast with Romesco Dip

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice bread(toasted)
  • 1 tbsp romesco dip
  • 1 handful microgreens
  1. Toast a slice of your favorite bread and set it aside

  2. Cook an egg sunny side up for about 2 minutes and place on top of your toast.

  3. Season egg with salt and pepper. Spread the romesco dip on top of the egg. Then top your egg with microgreens. Enjoy!
