Spicy Steak Sammy with Micro Mix Microgreens

  • 1-2 oz flank steak
  • 1 tbsp horseradish mayo
  • 1 handful Micro Mix microgreens
  • 2 slices toasted bread
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  1. Season flank steak with salt and pepper on each side and cook in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Allow steak to rest for a minute or two, and then slice into 1/8 inch thick strips.

  2. Assemble your Sammy as follows: spread horseradish on 1 side of each toasted bread. Layer steak strips, Swiss cheese and Micro Mix microgreens.
